The visa category EB-3 is the category that comprises skilled, professional, and other workers that will perform jobs that require less experience than five years or that require fewer studies than a Doctorate, Master's degree, or similar advanced degree.

That category was CURRENT for the majority of the last couple of years, having experienced a similar regression at the end of the previous Immigration Year. That regression reset back to CURRENT in October 2019, once the new Immigration Year started. It means that during the month of March 2020, there will be a delay of several years to apply for the green card for future workers/aliens in this category.
